This is my timeline from the premiere file of my trailer. I've tried to keep the clips very short and quick to add suspense and keep to the genre of the film. I cut up a couple of shots and made them very flickery to make it a bit more scary and to pull in the audience.
These are some examples of where I've colour graded the footage. I pretty much just dulled down the bright colours to suit the mood of the trailer and film.
Here I added a green screen clip of a screen from a security camera from youtube to set a feel of what kind of building they're in, when we filmed this shot we set it at an angle to make it feel like its a security camera.
