P3: Risk assessments for Special Effects and Location report

We have produced some detailed risk assessment's for our special effects and the production. Overall we found that there are no major risks involved with either matter.

Above are pictures of all the places that we plan to film around Long Road. In terms of health and safety, we have taken a full risk assessment of each location. There is a hospital within a mile from each place and water points are also in various places around the college.

P3/M1/D1:Relevant plans and/or sketches for the chosen special effect, including contingency plans

The special effects that we have chosen to use are: Scale model, Prosthetic makeup, and Lab chemicals (using ingredients to make liquid fizz up)

This is the original planning document of our special effects, it shows a breakdown of our initial ideas of what we could do. It also displays a rough list for casting.

This is a rough drawing of our scale miniature, it shows a birds eye view and front view. This will be handmade with cardboard, paper maché, and will be painted white.

This is a bird eye nd front view of the set up for our chemical effect. We will use lemonade and bicarbonate of soda to make it fizz up. They will also be coloured with food colouring.

These are both breakdowns of our plan for prosthetic makeup, it includes why we are using this effect and how we will apply it to the actor.
